The FDA has been Pwned!!!
A federal judge has ruled that they have NO AUTHORITY over eCigarettes!!

Not sure what these e cigarettes are, but usually a good thing when bureaucracies are kicked in the ass every now and then. Brings them back to reality.
MK, check out Modern Vapor - they're "my" preferred brand .................... a rather small rechargeable lithium battery, an atomizer, a cartridge & the 'flavor' & strength of nicotine of one's choice - NO flame, NO secondhand smoke, GREATLY reduced health risks {yeah, nicotine is toxic, but it's THE ONLY CHEMICAL one is getting .................} ;-)
