Sotomayor nomination ....................... ummmmm, perhaps the Tan Klan et al should look to their own "tribal politics" - there was a Hispanic firefighter who was one of the plaintiffs in the case that bears Ricci's name, yet nary a peep of outrage evinced toward him ......................... one of the BEST comments on the case was on the Comments section of the article: "Sotomayor voted to deny a white man something she would have voted to give a black man." If THAT decision wasn't racist, NOTHING can be construed as racist ........................
